HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! 

Missing out someone special on this day.. Last year's today, you were still with us celebrating Mother's Day and now..you're thousand and thousands miles away from us. I miss you lots, grans. You'll always be remembered and I love you. I hope you're having a good life up there. Happy Mother's Day, dearest Popo. 母亲节快乐，亲爱的婆婆！

So, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mumsie via online (love.com.my) and it comes with a pair of earrings! I love how they arrange the flowers, it's too pretty! I chose red carnations instead of roses, as roses will be too mainstream/common. 

It was delivered to our door step, that's the best part and my mom didn't expect to receive such pretty flowers from her beloved children. She was really touched by our actions and words, aww. We love you always and forever, mummy!

We celebrated Mother's Day at Torii, Damansara Heights. Which located not far from my college ; HELP University. I didn't know such restaurant existed around that area where I passed by countless times, haha. Anyways, Torii is a Japanese-accented gastro bar, their yakitori menu widely focus on grilled skewered meats, seafood and various type of vegetables.

I would highly recommend this restaurant to small eaters and for those people who wants to chill while munching on some extraordinary snacks, this would be great! Torii is available at TTDI and also Damansara Heights, Jalan Batai in Malaysia.

Later then, we have our own Mother's Day cake to make this day official. This unique cake tart, was bought from Cake Sense, it cost only RM 75. I love how they combine the shape of a tart with the cake sitting on it. Not only it looks unique but the taste is one of kind as well. Definitely a thumbs up! 4 of us managed to have the whole cake to ourselves, imagine how good it was. Haha.
